  • Provide a detailed narrative describing change(s) requested.*

We are deleting two required courses ARTO 413 and ARTO 414.  We are combining the content into a single course ARTO 412. This new course is being added as an elective to the Photography track and ARTO 413 is being removed.

This will help the UCC members and the registrar evaluate changes requested.
  • Provide a detailed justification for the requested changes.*

Photography majors are having a difficult time graduating when they can't take the course required and we can't offer the course unless we have enough students signed in, particularly, when we don't have the full time faculty to teach all of the necessary courses.  By combining the content we can streamline the curriculum allowing majors to graduate in a timely fashion.
